Position: Executive – Contact Center

Eduko Pathways Bangladesh, a leading overseas education consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive – Contact Center. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of students pursuing higher education abroad, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries from prospective students and clients.
    2. Provide accurate information about universities, courses, application processes, and other services offered by Eduko Pathways Bangladesh.
    3. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
    4. Assist in scheduling counseling appointments and follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication.
    5. Maintain detailed records of student interactions and ensure proper documentation in the CRM system.
    6. Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to support campaigns and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (educational background in business or communication will be an advantage).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
