Eduko Testing Solutions is searching for Full-Time and Part-Time IELTS Instructors with the drive to thrive in the IELTS Classroom of a value-driven multinational organization? Join our IELTS Team if you can connect with your students, win their hearts and minds, and guide them towards achieving outstanding IELTS Score.

In this role, you will be expected to work between 3 to 6 days every week (11AM-8PM) at our Dhanmondi, Banani, or Gulshan Campus.

RESPONSIBILITY:
    1. Conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable courses for students
    2. Planning, preparing, and delivering high quality IELTS training sessions taking into account individual learning styles and abilities
    3. Developing the course contents, study materials in both print and digital format
    4. Completing teaching related administrative tasks, including keeping registers, record of work done and marking exams
    5. Conducting and grading IELTS Practice exams
    6. Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock exams
    7. Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning
    8. Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Official Facebook and Youtube Channel
    9. Support IELTS marketing and promotional efforts
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  1. At least 1 years’ teaching experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor
  2. Must have taken the Academic IELTS and have obtained a minimum overall score of 7.5 with no less than 7.0 in any of the four modules
  3. Native level competency in English Language
  4. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  5. Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis
  6. Proficient in Technology-Centric Teaching and quick to adapt to new digital platforms
  7. Ability to use the full range of features in Google Classroom and Zoom for Education
  8. Aptitude for incorporating Gamification elements in IELTS Training
  9. Passion for teaching and a commitment to real IELTS Training
  10. Firm Commitment to ensure Confidentiality for intellectual property developed by the company
  11. Positive attitude and the desire to help change futures
